Additional person cost $15 per day. Note: I have 2 adorable cats. The space The place is in a 2 Bedroom and two bathroom - advertised as a Luxury Apartment Complex. It is on the ground floor of a two story building. It is just me and my two adorable cats (Princess and Shadow). I am renting out the second bedroom with access to the rest of the house (shown in the pictures). I am a Real Estate Investor. I am out most of the time. I also spend most of the time in my room (which is also my office) working on the computer. You will basically have the rest of the entire place to yourself.
