Set in a quiet residential townhouse development, and a quick 10 minute drive from the South Coast beaches, restaurants, groceries, gas stations, and shopping - you will be close to all amenities while still being away from the hustle along the busy coast. Relax at the large communal pool on one of the many sun loungers, or catch up with your reading in the privacy of the covered terrace looking out into the gardens. The space The entry way opens up to a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The comfortable sitting area has a couch and armchair set in front of the cable TV, and the dining table has seating for four. A recently outfitted kitchen is fully equipped with all you'll need while on holiday, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and kettle.Two french doors lead out to the terrace with additional seating looking out to the tropical garden space. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, closets, en suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower, and is cooled by A/C and a ceiling fan. There is also a private balcony overlooking the garden. The second bedroom has a queen bed, closets, A/C and ceiling fan and uses the adjacent bathroom which has a combo tub/shower. The laundry room with a washer and dryer is located downstairs next to the powder room. Should you choose to rent a car, you can make use of the two parking spaces allocated to Gunsite #28. Please note quiet hours between the hours of 9pm and 8am.
