A room with a double bed in Parque Rodo

We rent rooms for exchange students and young people in a nice old house in Parque Rodó, 400 meters from the sea. The house has 5 bedrooms (1 en suite) and 1 more bathroom. It is also located in the best area of the city for young people, with a wide variety of cafes, bars and bowling alleys available. 10 minutes by bus from ORT University and 15 minutes from the University of Montevideo (UM) and the Catholic University. The space The house has a total of 5 bedrooms plus 1 study/laundry area, 2 bathrooms, a rooftop terrace with a grill, and a large common area. Guest access Guests will have access to the common area, rooftop/grill, the bedroom they have booked, and the bedroom/laundry room. During your stay We are available to answer any questions and introduce you to life in Uruguay Other things to note The bedroom is on the first floor. On weekdays, after 8 am, the noise can be a bit annoying if you're not used to the city.
