On the ground floor there is 1 bedroom (1 double bed + 1 child's bed + 1 bunk bed), 2 living rooms (2 concrete sofas with 2 mats) with open TV signal and sofas, 1 balcony with sofa, 1 service area, 1 kitchenette, 2 bathrooms and in the annex at the back of the property there is 1 suite (2 bunk beds + 2 single mattresses) and a bathroom and the barbecue area is complete and covered, with sink and large counter, sound system, sofas, table for up to 10 people, plastic tables and plastic chairs and Sky antenna. All rooms have a ceiling or floor fan. We have fruit trees in the gardens, acerola, jaboticaba and fig, and a lawn in the back of the house that provides a very good space for children to play volleyball, soccer, and frescobol, with a 2,000-liter canvas pool, and 6 to 10 parking spaces.
