With expansive views of Chalk Sound from nearly every corner, plus a private dock and beach, with a 1600 sq. ft. pool deck, the home flows beautifully from indoor to outdoor, drawing nature in. The space One of the few places on island with its own private beach and dock, Villa Patina not only wows internally with its modern touches: complete lock out apartment/mother-in-law suite, soaring ceilings, and tech upgrades; but it also delights the eyes with the endless views of Chalk Sound and across to the ocean, between Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay. There are four bedrooms, each with direct access to a bathroom with bathtub and/or shower. The four main bedrooms have air conditioning for each room (please turn off when not in the room or the doors are open), and there are also futons in the living room and the downstairs apartment, allowing for plenty of sleeping options. Guest access The entirety of the villa is yours to enjoy. Other things to note Please be aware we do, for the security of our guests, have cameras around the perimeter of the villa. They are not running at all times, and are only triggered by human emotion. The cameras are all fully visible around the property, so you can see the areas they record. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
