Our apartment is located about 100 meters from Praia Grande, one of the most beautiful and well-known beaches in Arraial do Cabo, and is ideal for families, with or without children, and/or groups of friends of up to 9 people. Near our cozy space, there are several restaurants and bars along the waterfront. Excellent apartment with large living room, kitchen, enclosed balcony that can become a pleasant room with a beautiful view at dawn; three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The space The living room is equipped with a sofa, a Sky cable TV, two floor fans and a large work table, providing a comfortable and functional environment. In the kitchen, we provide basic household utensils, a refrigerator, a stove, as well as a microwave, a coffee maker and a table with six seats. On the balcony and laundry, you will find a tank, two clotheslines, a sofa, a table with 3 chairs and a stunning view of the beautiful beach and the sea of Praia Grande! The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with a single bunk bed and a sofa bed, a wardrobe, a bench, a television and a curtain (no blackout) In the other 2 bedrooms, we offer 1 double bed that is a bunk bed and 1 queen bed, plus a wardrobe with five drawers, a countertop, TV and curtain. We provide two double sheets, two single sheets, 1 queen sheet and three towels. Regarding the basics, we only offer detergent and toilet paper for use. We accept small pets; however, we ask that you confirm this in advance, as per the information in the listing. Guest access We inform our guests that they will have access to all areas of the apartment during their stay. This includes the spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, balcony overlooking Praia Grande, laundry area, and other amenities available on site. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and complete experience, ensuring that everyone feels at home. Other things to note During your stay, we provide 6 towels and 4 sets of sheets. If you need extra items, we can arrange them for R$ 3/piece. We do not provide soap. We have 1 parking space included in the condominium's parking lot. Sometimes, we can get an extra spot for a fee, subject to availability. Check-in after 6 p.m. upon payment of an extra fee to our employee Marcos.
