Relax by our crystal-clear 1-acre pond for swimming or fishing, explore the property, or simply unwind. We specialize in hosting long-term traveling professionals. Pets are welcome with a daily fee. We must be notified prior to your arrival, applies to all pets. Failure to provide advance notice will result in a $250 fee. The space Welcome to the Painted Pony Room, a cozy private room inside the main house at Parkton Place. Guests have access to a shared lounge featuring a TV, micro-fridge, loveseat, desk, and a comfortable space to relax. Enjoy the many gathering areas throughout the property, including the front and back second-story decks, back patio, barn, open pastures, and scenic grounds. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $10 per pet, per night fee. Traveling with your horse or livestock? Horse stalls are available for $30 per animal, per night, and private pasture space is available for $20 per animal, per night. This listing is priced per room, not per person. Overnight stalls and pasture rentals are available for an additional fee. • The property is also home to Hope-Thru-Horses, our equine-assisted services organization. While you may occasionally see scheduled activities on the property, guest accommodations remain private and peaceful. • We ask all guests to respect the animals by not entering pastures or feeding them without permission. • Pets are welcome with a daily pet fee.
