Relax and enjoy the splendor of the mountains, beautiful sunsets, walking through the coffee plantation, sightseeing of the valley, the singing of the Howler monkeys early in the morning to an exotic variety of birds. Enjoy waking up to a delicious freshly brewed, roasted coffee from Santa Isabel. The space Santa Isabel’s weather is perfect all year round, usually waking up to a fresh nice weather around 65 degrees Fahrenheit, going up at noon up to 75 degrees and then dropping back down at night. Harvest season takes place between October and February. You and your family can learn firsthand how the harvesting process is done. From February to September, the farm is a splendid sight to watch, where the coffee plants are transforming from white flowers to perfect coffee beans. There are many activities to do on the farm, such as horseback riding, play soccer, family board games, puzzles or watch a movie at the mezzanine. Guest access Guests have access to all the property. Please take note: From Managua to San Ramon the drive is in concrete roads. From San Ramon to the farm is a 4.5 kilometer drive in macadam roads (dirt and rocks). We highly recommend to drive in a 4 x 4 car. Someone form Santa Isabel will be waiting for you in San Ramon and will guide you to the farm.
