The studio is super modern, charming and functional, spacious, brand new and can provide you with all the comfort and ease for your stay. West Flat is a condominium, and features a rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, 2 social elevators and 1 service elevator, indoor (ROTATING) and outdoor parking. The space The apartment has 1 double bed and a sofa bed. Towels and amenities are provided. For stays longer than 7 days, 1 cleaning will be provided every 7 days, with replacement of towels and bed linen. ATTENTION: The pool area will be closed for the entire month of December/2020. Therefore, if it is important for your trip to use that space, consider canceling your reservation within the stipulated period as refundable (24 hours from the time of booking). Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and building structures that are in operation. They will also have access to the ground floor parking lot (ROTATING), and the characteristics of the vehicle must be informed at the reception at check-in in order to be granted access. Other things to note Bed and bath linens are provided, but sheets are not provided. For the 3rd guest, it is important to bring your own sheet and towel.
