With parking included. The space The guest will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, which consists of a bedroom suite, living room, kitchen and balcony. Other things to note # We provide complimentary liquid soap, bed and bath linens. The quality of the items offered are standard (basic). # For the third guest or bedroom, I provide a sofa bed in the living room. # To use the building's washing machine, a fee is charged by the condominium. If you need to use it, you have to schedule it in advance. # If you need the iron or hairdryer, just let me know and I'll leave it in the apartment on the days of your reservation. # Please, when arranging check-in, let us know the time you will actually be present at the site. If you have an unforeseen event, please let us know immediately. # We ask our guests to inform us of their check-in and check-out times and send us their data (full name and ID) as soon as they make the reservation, to register the authorization in the remote entrance in advance. Please avoid delays in checking in :) # Free replacement of bed and bath linens is only made for reservations of 7 nights or more, and is carried out every 7 days. If requested by the guest, we charge a service fee. # The cleaning fee refers to simple cleaning and common sanitation, so that our guests leave the apartment in a condition that makes it easy to clean. In case of mess and heavy dirt at checkout, a fee of R$ 50.00 will be charged.
