Preston Peninsula efficiency is 5 min walk to sandy beach, and 2 min drive to boat launch. Has full kitchen, laundry facilities, walk-in shower, and separate dressing room. There is a full size bed, a full size futon couch, and foldout foam cushion if you need extra. Ruku TV, and plenty of table top and drawers to spread out luggage. Brick patio out front to sit and relax. Driveway in front. Fishing guides pick you up on way to boat ramp. Newly remodeled efficiency, very clean, great air conditioning, nice kitchen and laundry facilities, beautiful shower facilities and dressing room. And so CLOSE to all the lake has to offer, including hunting and fishing with guide lists available; kayak, stand-up paddleboards, Hobie Cat, and pontoon boat rentals and lessons; also dinner cruises and evening lake tours at Lighthouse Marina. It is 30 minutes from Choctaw Casino in Durant, Okl. It is also close to a variety of restaurants, some on the water. Then there's the neighborhood beach with a wonderful sandy bottom, and the neighborhood boat ramp that's 2 minutes away. Fishing is really big at Lake Texoma, and there are highly recommended fishing guides who can pick you up at the efficiency on the way to the boat ramp. Only an hour away from Dallas for a fun, relaxing getaway! The Happy Cow Efficiency is attached to the Happy Cow Lake House, but has a separate entrance and separate parking which is right in front of the efficiency. The driveway will accommodate a 41 foot long boat trailer and truck. There is additional parking if needed. Park on right side of driveway. Additional parking on case-by-case basis. Access to small porch in front of efficiency, The Happy Cow Efficiency is attached to the larger Happy Cow Lakehouse (2 bedroom, 2 bath). It's a quiet neighborhood and a working neighborhood, thus the 11 pm curfew. Have fun, but take it inside at 11pm. A fold-out foam floor mat and a single cot are available for you to use. HC Efficiency is attached to the larger Happy Cow Lakehouse by back-to-back security doors. Both sides may be rented by larger parties, and the security doors opened if desired.
