Spacious and cozy farmhouse with a wonderful sunset. Located 4 km from the center of Araçoiaba da Serra and 9 km from Capela do Alto, and only 120 km from São Paulo. We have access via Rod. Castelo Branco and Raposo Tavares highways. A large one-story house with 3 en-suites and 2 bedrooms, a complete gourmet area, a swimming pool with an ice breaker, 2 lakes, a soccer field, a kennel, a large lawn, bordered by a small river, with lots of native vegetation. The site has 30,000 m² of nature. Capacity for up to 18 people. The space Here is the right place to relax and live the best moments of leisure and quiet, whether it's taking advantage of the contact with nature, enjoying a pool or having a barbecue in our outdoor gourmet area, or enjoying the night around a fire pit on a stone. The entire farmhouse is bordered by a small river, where there is a lot of native vegetation, where we can be at ease, with a lot of privacy throughout the farm. The space is very large, it is 30milm² of area for use! For a long time it was our refuge and it is now open to new friends. The main house is single floor, very airy and bright, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suites with ceiling fans. All Venetians contains a Musketeer screen. Suite 1- contains 1 double bed, dresser, and bathroom with box. Suite 2- contains 1 double bed, 2 single beds and bathroom. Suite 3- contains 1 queen double bed and a bunk bed plus 3 single mattresses and a bathroom. Corridor Bedroom 1- contains 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed, the bathroom is next to it. Corridor room 2- contains 1 double bed, the bathroom is next to it. Large room, with 3 environments, being, living room, dining and TV (It has fiber optic internet and Alexa ), in addition to the bar and lavabo. It has a large kitchen integrated into the living room, equipped with all the necessary utensils. Next up is the hall with a service support. Wide outdoor area has a barbecue, wood oven stove and pizza oven, with all the utensils necessary for use and brewery. L-bench with spacious 2 vat sink, along with 4 benches, where you can serve a snack while you're having the barbecue. We have 2 tables with 4 benches 3 meters long, all in solid wood logs and a little corner with a rocking bench, and also a foosball table. We provide a bale of firewood, a sack of charcoal and a gallon of 20L water. On the front balcony of the house, we have several benches, chairs and hammocks to enjoy peace and quiet during sunset afternoons. And cabaninhas with whiteboard and tables for children. The farm contains a large swimming pool with an icebreaker with a beach and whirlpool, sun loungers, chairs, tables and a parasol. The stone and edge do not heat during the hot summer days! Football field, kennel with 4 stalls, vegetable gardens and 2 huge lakes are part of the country's landscape.
