If you have any questions, feel free to contact me ******************************************************* Beach Conditions - Beach Club Most of the Caribbean Islands and US southern coastal areas are experiencing an ocean phenomenon known as Sargassum (similar to seaweed). The beaches throughout the Rivera Maya and Playa del Carmen are no exception as the weather patterns and mother nature has affected the entire region. The beach conditions offered by the beach club are not the best at this time. We are experiencing erosion and make the effort to place additional sand. There are boats on the shore, and you can see them there when they are not being used on a tour. Beach conditions may change overnight, they are totally out of our control, you can walk a little north or south and you will find the beach in more favorable conditions to enjoy the Caribbean Sea. We have a live webcam that shows the beach club if you want to take a look!
