This one bedroom one bath fully furnished apartment is located in a friendly residential area close to all amenities such as a church, mall, post office, banks, beach, fast food & local gourmet restaurants, supermarkets, hospital and the International Airport. All within a 15 minute radius by car or bus; some amenities are also within walking distance. Guest access you can access the whole apartment, which is a double bedroom,bathroom, kitchen diner, sitting room and a veranda with table and chairs. In the bedroom there in a double bed with bed linen and 4 pillows. Chest of draws, bedside cabinet with night light and a closet for your clothes. Iron and ironing board, extra bed linen and pillow. In the bathroom there is a shower with hot and cold water, bath and hand towel, a small washer and clothes rack. there is soap, hand wash, tooth paste and hair dryer. In the kitchen there is a 4 burner cooker with an oven, Microwave, electric kettle toaster toasted sandwich maker, tea towels, pots, pans and frying pan. drinking glasses, crockery and cutlery, a fridge and a freezer. In the sitting area in a sofa bed, a two seater and two rattan high chairs. In the veranda is a table and two chairs.
