Our fully furnished apartment complex is 2 min. walking distance from the #1 voted best beach in the Southern Caribbean known as, Eagle Beach Important Note: *Ocean View Apartments does NOT provide hotel services! We simply offer affordable alternative to pricey hotels :) *There is a construction project next to the complex that may create some daytime noise. Time: between 7-8am until 3pm The space Huge living room and lots of kitchen space with gas stove, which is perfect to prepare family meals! Our fully furnished kitchen includes a micro-wave, a blender, a toaster and a coffee maker for those who like to start of their day with a fresh cup of coffee. The apartment also has a small balcony area where you can sit back, relax and enjoy the Aruba sun/breeze! We provide linens, bathroom towels as well as beach towels, 3 beach chairs, 1 beach parasol and a small ice-cooler. This way you can get to experience the #1 voted best beach in Aruba that you've always dreamed about. We also provide: Toilet paper (complimentary up until 1 week) Bath soap (complimentary up until 1 week) Dish washing soap (complimentary up until 1 week) Guest access Guests have access to the laundry room where they will be charged a fee for each wash and dry. Other things to note 1. AC only in the 2 bedrooms! Living room area has a ceiling fan and a tower fan. However, in order to cool the living room space even more, we recommend our guests to keep the kitchen window, balcony door and main front door open in order for nature's breeze to flow freely throughout the apartment. 2. No phone available in the apartment so feel free to rent or buy a sim card at the airport to make calls while on the island. 3. Hot water is only provided in the shower and not in the kitchen. 4. Must be comfortable being amongts locals since we run a local apartment complex. We have been renting out to locals for 15+ years - mostly nurses who work at the Hospital nearby.
