Colonial house is located at the entrance of Santo Domingo's historic center. Beautiful, comfortable, and available for your staying during a cultural and unforgettable experience in the first Colonial City of America! Centrally 3 bedroom house, 5-10 minutes' walk from the old town, the colonial zone. Bus and shopping area are within walking distance. There are 3 separate rooms, the master one with private bathroom, the other two rooms share a bathroom, living room and kitchen, balcony and washing area with washing machine. The rooms are equipped with one double bed, mahogany closet, AC and ceiling fan. The kitchen is equipped with a basic tools. Fresh and nice terrace complete the patio area. Nearby is a small park and about 5-10 minutes walking distance is the center of the city, the Parque Independencia and the pedestrian street El Conde in the colonial part of the Town with shops and restaurants.
