You’ll pass through two gates: the first is staffed by a guard during the night, and the second has additional security during the day. Access to the complex and the unit is controlled with a fob for added safety and peace of mind. Utilities and Infrastructure Our unit is equipped with a backup generator and a 400-gallon water tank on the roof to ensure you remain comfortable during your stay. Please note that the Dominican Republic may experience occasional utility interruptions due to local infrastructure. Our backup systems are in place to minimize any inconvenience.
