Juquehy is one of the most beautiful beaches in São Paulo. Very charming, with good restaurants, beautiful landscapes, plus 2 good malls. It's a place to forget the car and walk. My house is bright and airy, with its integrated environments and enough space to be very comfortable and practical, allowing those in the kitchen to participate in what happens in the pool, for example. It is 250 m from the beach. My place is good for couples and families with children, but it has stairs and a swimming pool. The space The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is a double suite, all with air-conditioning and a ceiling fan. The living and dining rooms also have ceiling fans. In addition to the bathroom in the suite, there is another full bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom on the ground floor, but only with cold water in the shower. It also has 100 Mb of wifi installed, which is enough for an excellent home office by the pool or even in the hammock. Guest access The barbecue and the balcony are private to the house and the skewers are in the kitchen. We have a table with an umbrella and special chairs to set up at the barbecue. The pool is common to the condominium and guests can use it, but without using the chairs that are in front of the other houses. Other things to note The caretaker and his wife will be available to guide you when you can't reach me.
