Excellent trendy town nearby...2 minutes away. Five bedrooms (7 beds - 3 Kings/4 Twins), bedding is comfortable (goose down duvets). The house is very quiet, you WILL get a good night’s sleep. Painted/decorated with coastal charm. Ample parking. Use this home as your base & travel around to do sight seeing! Large bedroom downstairs (Mermaid Room) has a King bed & twin bed in the same room with a bathroom & walk in shower nearby for anyone with mobility issues and can't do the stairs! The space The house is solid, but is in need of some OUTSIDE TLC right now. I am working on that when time permits. The house is large, set across from a lake. Also, two adult kayaks for your use for the lake out front. You’ll see some nice sunsets and the water is clean and fresh for swimming. Guest access Three king beds and four single beds. Two large white leather comfortable couches in the living room. There are two washrooms - downstairs has shower, upstairs has tub and shower. No access to the barn and no roof access (upstairs/outside balcony) as there needs to be some repair out there. Other things to note It is a 8-10 minute walk into town, otherwise you may need to take your car into town. It's a few minutes away by car.
