Private Room w/Spa Bath & Garage Parking

Private room with a queen bed and private spa bathroom in a home built in 2017. The spa bathroom has a jetted whirlpool tub, heated floors, Toto heated toilet seat & bidet. Quiet location a minute away from the Fitchburg Technology Campus (Noble Drive), 10 minutes from the Alliant Energy Center and 15 minutes from both the UW-Madison & Epic campuses. NOTE: We do have a very friendly beagle named Bella who might be here during your stay, so take this into consideration if you have allergies. The space You'll be very comfortable in this private bedroom with ensuite spa bathroom! You'll also have access for one vehicle in the garage, with a door leading up two steps to the mudroom and bedroom. The garage has a mop sink with hot and cold water for washing off boots, washing salt/mud off your vehicle, etc. Guest access You'll have shared use of laundry, an open concept fully-stocked kitchen with gas stove and a large island, and a living room with a gas fireplace and cable TV. During your stay We will most likely be sleeping in the downstairs bedroom, and you will be using the shared space with us. Other things to note There's a park caddy-corner from our house with a small shelter, playground and plenty of room for soccer or frisbee. Beautiful bicycle paths are also less than 5 minutes away.. NOTE: You'll need to purchase a trail permit to ride on the bicycle path, but the fee is well worth it!
