Canyon garden patio guest suite built in 1932 with tons of charm, modern furniture, and easy access to everything San Diego has to offer! The suite has a private entrance from the main Spanish Colonial Revival home via the patio garden and looks out onto a lush canyon. Open your door & enjoy the plant-filled patio for dining, lounging, & relaxing. Fast WiFi & A/C. Professionally cleaned & sanitized for every guest. Close to the zoo, Balboa Park, & the restaurants & bars North Park has to offer! The space Amenities include a queen size bed, private bathroom - shower, TV, A/C, kitchenette (complimentary coffee, microwave, mini-fridge, toaster- no oven or stove top), wi-fi, large closet, breakfast nook/work space, and free street parking. You are welcome to enjoy the patio space/backyard during your stay, which is shared with the hosts. Guest access You will have a separate, private entrance along the side of the main house. Please note that the walkway is narrow (2ft) and there are steps down to the private guest house. A code will be provided to you to use on the smart lock to access the space for the duration of your stay. No access to main house or full kitchen. Other things to note Private access is a narrow two-foot walkway along the side of the house and you must walk down a short set of stairs to the unit. There is no stove or oven in the space. However, we do provide the essentials for quick meals and leftovers! - microwave, mini-fridge, coffee, toaster. Street parking only (free and plentiful).
