Ocean view with cozy apartment.

Little home by the sea, 3 blocks away from the woods and 4 from the commercial area. Ideal for two grown ups and one or two kids. Thanks to it´s view of the the beach and the ocean all weather is great weather. The space This is a one and a half rooms appartment wich have been inhabited for many months every year for the past four decads with lots of love and joy, and this is the first time we dare open our doors up to new visitors. It has a balcony in wich is beatiful to have breakfast among the rising sun. At night you can sleep with the sound of the ocean like lullaby. This is the distribution: The living area has a couch bed. On the other side there is a shared space between the kitchen and two little bunk beds (for kids). In the kitchen you will have at your dispossal: Fridge with freezer, two gas stoves and oven, gas water heater, microwave, Coffe maker, juicer and toaster (electric). Basic utensils for four people, cooking pots, steak griddle, etc. The building has a terrace with sinks and space to hang and dry your clothes. Large placards, with hangs, drawers and shelves. There are books (in spanish), beach paddle kit, cards, dices, dominó... Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire appartment, the common terrace with tenders to dry out washed clothes, and the shower in the ground floor, to rinse the salt and sand, if we feel like it. Other things to note Instead of TV we have a picture window with a view of the hipnotic atlantic ocean, ideal for disconnecting and reconnecting. The place and it's objects have a lot of history, we are slowly replacing the neccesary things, but keep in mind that this is not an "all new appartment". We are on a second floor in a building with no elevator.
