The magnificent beach house overlooking the sea, 4 en-suites, with a private mooring in the Village Itanema Condominium is an excellent investment for those who want tranquility and days of rest, whether on vacation, a weekend or an extended holiday. The structure is great for family travelers and big groups. It had an excellent restaurant, three swimming pools, two saunas, a playground and a volleyball court (beach sand). A Paradise!!! The space Spectacular complete house with air-conditioning in all 4 en-suites, including the living room, complete set of kitchen utensils, complete set of appliances such as blender, electric fryer, microwave, fruit juicer, mixer, coffee maker… We provide bed and bath linens. Other things to note The cost of electricity used in the house during the stay period is charged separately. Cost of R$1.50 (one Brazilian Real and fifty cents) per KWH. Payment is due before check-out. The meter is read together with the guest at check-in and before check-out.
