The kitchen has all cookware, dinnerware and place settings for 4 people provided as well as some basic cooking ingredients. The outside yard is big and spacious for a nice evening around the fire pit and on clear evenings you can get a little peek of Mt Rainier's summit. Head down the hill to get on I-405 or head up to I-5 in minutes - a 10 minute drive to the Renton Landing (shops, restaurants, movie theater, etc.), Seatac Airport, or Southcenter Mall. If you are an aviator or enthusiast the property is located just 5 minutes from Renton municipal airport, and the Boeing 737 plant, and 10 minutes to Boeing Field and the Museum of Flight.
