The views from this loft cannot be beat, you can see across to the south side of Bonne Bay, the Tablelands, Gadd’s Harbour, down the East Arm past Shag Cliff, and the sunsets over the mouth of Bonne Bay. The space We have taken pride in creating a peaceful oceanside retreat. This beach home has been finished with a nautical theme in calm, soothing blue tones and rustic white washed furniture. Bathrooms have tiled flooring while living spaces are completed with luxury vinyl flooring. Solid pine accent walls not only add to the beachfront aesthetic but provide a quieter stay. Both front and back patio areas have outdoor seating, as well as the lounge area in the sunroom located outside your rear entrance. Guest access The Tickle Suite has a private entrance that leads into the mud room, with a full closet and laundry area, as well as access to the sunroom on the lower level and rear deck (which is shared with other guests). Up the staircase will take you to your full suite including dining area, living room and custom designed kitchen. Bathroom is located on the upper level, and is situated across the hall from the bedroom. The bedroom offers views of every angle of Bonne Bay and has three separate seating areas, one facing the Tablelands to sit with your morning coffee, another with an electric fireplace to cozy up and watch the sunset with a night cap, and you also have a private balcony with seating that faces the south side. Other things to note Please note that unfortunately we are not pet friendly and we do not allow children under 12. Quiet hours from 11am to 7am. Please be courteous of other guests.
