You're 1 hour 15 minutes from Gander Airport, 15 minutes from Twillingate and 45 minutes from Fogo Island Ferry. The space The first floor is a great room with a stunning view through a 13’ long picture window. There is also a mudroom, a bathroom with a 62" clawfoot tub, and a utility area. The second floor is accessed by century old wooden stairs where you will find spectacular 13' foot high vaulted ceilings in both bedrooms and a second full bathroom with a soaring ceiling, a gorgeous skylight, and oversized shower. Guest access You will have sole possession of the entire household. Use new open kitchen concept, modern kitchen appliances, 2 full bathrooms, and a full size, energy efficient washer & dryer, large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, Amazon Echo for music and info, SmartTV, and Electric Fireplace for some (safe) romance! Outside features a large patio deck with a 'log cabin' picnic table and outdoor seating chairs. There's also a gas BBQ Grill. Other things to note We really are strict with the NO Smoking and NO Pets.
