Guest access The whole house is suitable for 2-3 families or families with friends for a group of between 10 to 14 people comfortably . There is 5600 square feet of living space with travertine marble floors throughout. Children are welcome as are seniors as there are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with no stairs or steps to worry about so it is wheelchair accessible, 4 king rooms, two on lower and two on upper floor. 1 Queen room, (on upper floor) 2 rooms with twin beds ( ground floor) and the small single. 6 sleep upstairs 3 rooms 7-8 downstairs 4 rooms . All rooms sleep 2 people except one king room has a trundle for a 3rd or 4 th person. Other things to note We offer our housemom to come in daily except Sundays to prepare your breakfast and clean up as a complimentary service for 4 hours 8-12 . She can stay after hours to help or make meals such as Chicken and rice , beans, ceviche , salads etc. Fee $20 per hour during daytime hours .
