Adequate size room on second floor with queen bed and couch. Shared breakfast room on first floor has a TV, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, table with 4 chairs, fresh water cooler and a Keurig coffee machine. Assorted breakfast foods are provided. Private bathroom is just down the hallway. This home dates back to the Drake family who drilled America's first commercial oil well in Titusville, PA Screened in porch, back deck, on site walking trails and breakfast room. I am generally available to interact with my guests in the morning and evening. Close by is Lake Bomoseen with public beaches, Castleton University and Green Mountain College. Killington and Okemo ski areas each are about a 40 minute drive. Amtrack Station is about 3 miles away. I can usually pick up or drop off guests that choose to arrive or depart this way. If guests are interested they are able to order breakfast wraps and sandwiches from my deli and I may be able to deliver.
