In the middle of nowhere but close to everywhere

Fully equipped freestanding appartment, with its own entrance, fenced off backyard and paved parking for one car. Located off the main road, 5 min walk to a supermarket, 5 minute drive to center of Santa Cruz, 1/2 a mile from the Hooiberg, 10 minute drive to the beach. 2 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double, 2 baths with hot water accomodate 4 adults. Wifi, smart tv, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, stove with oven, hot water kettle, toaster, china, glassware, silver, pots/pans, utensils. Guest access There is a back yard which is for your exclusive use. There is a BBQ counter with charcoal grill. We have a portable grill available, just ask. Other things to note For longer than a week stay we recommend, from the second week on once-weekly cleaning (4 hrs, morning or afternoon), which is available at a cost of $ 40.00 for half a day. (includes sweeping mopping the whole apartment, including the verandas and cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen. Please contact the host to make arrangements. if you require fresh towels and/or bedlinens during your stay, there is an extra set in the wardrobe of the master bedroom. please turn in the used ones so that we can have them laundered. please read the houserules fir additional guidelines.
