This large two bedroom, two bathroom 930sf apartment has an attached private patio (215sf). It offers air conditioning in all rooms, internet, and a smart TV (no cable). Please Note: HOA restricts Airbnb guests to 4 per apartment. The space This apartment is a perfect place for two couples or a small family since there is separation between bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs). Each bedroom has one queen-size bed. We provide the perfect basecamp including a fully equipped kitchen, coffee or tea, fluffy white bath towels, full-size hairdryers, Shampoo, Conditioner and Shower Gel, Beach Towels, etc. Please Note: Casa Palmera is part of a larger condo complex with many full-time residents therefore, noise restrictions do apply after 10:00pm. Laundry (washer/dryer are available as part of the larger complex. Guest access There is no onsite parking. Public Parking is located on Recinto Sur (Dona Fela 24/7 ) which is about three blocks from the apartment. Please note: Signs designate our personal property inside the cabinet and we kindly request that you respect our personal property. Other things to note As of July 9, 2020, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and our intention to place your health and safety as our highest priority, hand sanitizer units have been installed before you enter the apartment and next to the front door as you prepare to exit the apartment complex to ensure all safety protocol is met.
