The apartment includes Wi-Fi and cable tv. The space This spacious contemporary apartment is set in the breezy Bajan country side. The apartment features two bright and airy bedrooms with ample cupboard space for storage. One of the bedrooms is also equipped with AC. The expansive living area offers lots of seating and lounging space with a laid back and relaxed feel. There is also a work area off the living room should guests need a dedicated workspace. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster and coffee machine along with the usual cooking utensils. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, sink and drying line for clothes to be hung. Guest access Guests will have access to full apartment - two bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen, laundry room and communal areas. Other Information Should damage occur to any items in the apartment, replacement and/or repair costs of the damaged items is the responsibility of the guest(s). Please be respectful of the property and adhere to the house rules as outlined. Registration is required for each guest. No smoking indoors. No illegal drugs or activities allowed. No pets allowed. No parties allowed. Remove shoes upon entering the apartment. Please turn off fans, AC units and appliances when leaving the apartment. Place hot pots and pans on trivets to avoid damage to counters and tables. Garbage may be placed in the black or grays bins at the entrance to the driveway for collection. There is charge of USD 25.00 per key for lost keys.
