Beautiful hacienda-style house just four blocks from downtown Tequisquiapan, ideal for family gatherings or special events. It has a swimming pool, main square with fountain and beautiful chapel, ample parking and gardens with a barbecue area; all rooms have a TV, closet and full bathroom. The space The house, with a maximum capacity of 34 people, has 9 spacious and comfortable rooms, all with a full bathroom; beautiful chapel and square, we have large gardens; the pool is totally private for users, charcoal grill with bar and sink, chairs and tables are placed where you can enjoy your meeting as well as ample parking. The published cost is for a stay of up to 20 people and 5 rooms are available. If you require more rooms, we have 4 more rooms with an extra charge to be paid upon arrival. Guest access The parking lot is inside the property with large capacity and is not shared with other users. Other things to note The fully private house is exclusively for users (guests generate extra charge) Parking for more than 20 cars inside the property. We have a boiler with an extra charge of $1,000.00 per day (5 hrs.) if you require the service, please inform us when making the reservation The cost of your reservation is for a stay of up to 20 people and 5 rooms are enabled for that number of users. If you require an additional room, there is an extra charge of $1,000.00 per night and it is paid upon arrival.
