The space This is a Jr. Suite with a Private bathroom. Beautiful Mission Viejo has been called one of the safest cities in the USA. Come and enjoy this beautiful city just minutes away from everything. We are DOG FRIENDLY. (sorry no Cats allowed) and have a small dog that enjoys visitors! However we cannot babysit your dog, so please plan accordingly. PET FEE: Please make sure to add any pets to your reservation. Our son is grown and on his own. Our home is in a prestigious gated Community in the beautiful city of Mission Viejo, CA. This 3500 sq ft. Property has a view of Mission Viejo Lake. We have a private pool in the backyard (Solar Heated) and our resident Hummingbirds for your enjoyment. Please note that the Jacuzzi and BBQ are NOT typically available for Guests Washer and Dryer are not available for guest. Laundry facility is located 1 mile away. We are close to I-5/I-405 and 241 toll road. We are close to Shops, have hiking trails in the community and the beautiful Pacific ocean is only a 20 min. drive away. Cigarette Smoking is allowed outside in the backyard only. Absolutely no smoking inside and no marijuana (due to smell). NORTH: We are 45 minutes from Disneyland/Anaheim, 20 minutes from John Wayne Airport, and The Shops at South Coast Plaza. 10 minutes to AMTRAK railroad station, LAX (Los Angeles International Airport is only 57.07 miles. SOUTH: Downtown San Diego is 60 miles. Sea World, San Diego Zoo, The Gas Lamp Disctrict, Balboa Park.The San Diego Wild Animal Park is only 1 hour and 19 mins /66.68 miles from my door. Guest access Guests have access to common areas which include the kitchen and the relaxing backyard (perfect for sunset views) and the pool. Please note that the jacuzzi is not available for guests During your stay We love people, but also respect their privacy. Other things to note The City of Mission Viejo charges an 8% tax for all short term room rentals. This "Transient Occupancy Tax" is added automatically in the booking and may show up as a property tax. We do have cameras on the exterior of the home. There is a front door camera that will see all guests coming and going, an there is a backyard camera that shows the back entrances to the home. These are for safety of the home and guests.
