The 100 m2 apartment is located next to the Famous 5th Av and 2 blocks from the Caribbean Sea, in Playa del Carmen, one of the most beautiful towns in the Mexican Caribbean. The space The apartment can fit up to 5 people comfortable. The main room counts with a King size bed and its own bathroom which can be used also as the guest bathroom. The second room has 1 individual bed and one bunk bed, which holds two beds and its own bathroom. The living room has a balcony from where you can appreciate an amazing view of the sea. You can also enjoy a quiet afternoon reading a book or relax watching movies on the 70" Flatscreen. The Kitchen is totally equipped so you can prepare a homemade breakfast or a nice dinner. Guest access The building counts with a nice rooftop terrace and pool which you have total access to! The rooftop terrace faces towards the sea and town of Playa del Carmen. The rooftop allows for outdoor eating, sunbathing and a refreshing swim on the infinity pool.
