Pinho Stay | Luxury & Comfort

Ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and covered garage in a privileged gated community with silence and security. This stay is preferred by civil service exam candidates, company employees, students, tourists and people who stay briefly while seeking permanent housing in Aracaju. They make the stay special with amenities such as 500MB Internet, Washer & Dryer, 55" TV with Netflix, Youtube and +200 channels, Air-conditioning, Iron, Hair dryer and Premium Mattresses. The space Pinho Stay is a concept developed by me, Phillipe Rosário, to ensure that all spaces I make available here on Airbnb as a host maintain the same quality standard. In this listing, you will be booking an entire apartment on the ground floor for your exclusive use. This apartment is located within a gated community in the Ponto Novo neighborhood of Aracaju, with a 24-hour doorman and has 2 bedrooms with a double bed, 2 bathrooms (there is no en-suite), kitchen, living room and covered garage. Notes: - I do not receive more than 4 guests, in order to maintain organization within the condominium; - The space is not designed to receive babies, children or pets. Both the neighborhood and the apartment are very quiet and safe. The atmosphere is very pleasant. These are profiles of guests who usually book this space: tourists, company employees, self-employed professionals, students and people who stay while looking for a permanent home in the city. If you are unsure about any questions, I advise you to read the reviews of those who have booked this space before or discuss it with me in the chat.
