Cooking utensils. - MAIN BATHROOM: right next to the kitchen with bathtub and shower. Hairdryer. SECOND LEVEL: - MAIN BEDROOM: located on the first floor that can be reached by the staircase. Very luminous equipped with double bed ( sommier) and the wardrobe. BATH: Modern style. THEIR LEVEL: PRIVATE ROOFTOP TERRACE: the delightful terrace equipped with a big table with four chairs, a big sitting area and BBQ grill/Argentine "parrilla" so you can enjoy a great barbeque. The beautiful guacamole tree and the plants make this open-air experience even more enjoyable. LAUNDRY: the laundry area is located in the terrace, hidden behind two doors. The nearest subway is one block distance. -Please note that for special arrangements requiring a check in before 8am or after 20pm, I must charge a $52 check-in fee as pass-through from my property manager. There is no fee if checking in during normal business hours.
