Only 1 block from Plaza Armenia, the place is in the nicest, safest and more distinguish neiborhood of BA, surrounded by art galleries, design shops, bar, pubs and restaurants. Located just 7 blocks away from the suway line ¨D¨ and very close to a large number of bus stops, you will find it very easy to get anywhere you may need. Well-lit, sunny, and spacious house with beautiful terrace, and a complete kitchen . This house also features a cozy living room were you´ll be able to relax and enjoy the place. There are six rooms in the house, and 2 bathrooms distributed in five levels, wich offers a confortable space layout for the privacy of the guests. The room that I have available is fully equiped: big closet, a comfortable desk, and sheets and towels are included (guests are responsible for their washing).
