House by the beach (Casa Murmullos)

Small private mexican style house next to the beach at Isla Mujeres!Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, small kitchen with the basics to cook, fridge and terrace with ocean view! The house is just a 5 minutes walk to Isla Mujeres downtown, markets, bars, restaurants, Playa Norte beach. The space One-floor small house, with amazing views of the Caribbean Sea, watch sunrise and enjoy the colors of the sunset sky from its terrace! Natural access to the beach on the back next to our place, this is the Caribbean Sea so is more rocky and can have currents, but is practically a private beach so, perfect for relaxing! Please note we have AC only in both bedrooms, but not in the kitchen/living room area Guest access Private house just for you! Other things to note Caribbean beach view from our house (the beach is literally behind our back yard) there is a natural access just 2 minutes walk from our place (no direct access from our backyard). Please note that we are on the Caribbean side, the beach will be a little rocky and with some currents depending on the season. Isla Mujeres is usually very safe, but like in any other city (or Island in this case) things can happen, we recommend for your confort and to avoid any bad experience, to please lock doors and windows when you are not around. We also have a safety box that you are welcome to use.
