Frutillar Family House, facing Lake Llanquihue

With the warmth of home and a lake view. Our house has central heating and is located 20 meters from the beach of Lake LLanquihue, recently remodeled and decorated. It overlooks four volcanoes, located in the heart of the typical area of Frutillar Bajo, where art and nature meet. The space Comfortable 140 m2 house, built with native woods from southern Chile in the 70s and recently remodeled by our family. We salvaged its woods and prioritized simple but cozy spaces facing the lake. All rooms receive good sun during the day and also have radiators connected to central heating (pellet boiler, additional cost) The kitchen is comfortable, integrated into the living room, has a beautiful view of the lake and is fully equipped. The beds are provided with good mattresses and duvets. We also have sheets and towels available especially for guests, prior coordination. The house has two shared bathrooms with a shower. Hot water is generated by an automatic gas water heater. Access is easy from the main street and it has room for 2 parking spaces. We strive to make guests feel at home and enjoy the place as much as we do during the year. We rent our house in summer (second half of December, January, February) and winter holidays.
