Other things to note Renting a car is recommended to discover our beautiful island. However, it is not essential in view of the proximity of activities and shops. The water resource situation has been problematic lately. Also the prefecture has ordered water towers. The water will be cut off in the municipality on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays from 8pm to 6am. A water reserve will be available upon arrival.
