Location location location ! 3 words in one resuming perfectly the best of this modern, practical and cosy studio, located between the two most famous beaches of the marvelous city: Ipanema and Copacabana ! The space The studio is situated in the best area of Rio de janeiro, close to every facilities you may need such as supermarket, banks, bars and restaurants. In the entrance you will find the small kitchen with all the accessories needed, a good size bathroom with a washing machine, and a large bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, closet, table for meals (or working table), cable TV. The pictures are recent, they were taken in November 2024. The building has 24h doormen. Other things to note Please inform us about your time of arrival BEFORE booking. Check-in is from 2pm, however depending on availability, you can book an earlier check-in. You have the possibility to check in after 9pm only if you book a transfer with our driver from the airport, at the cost of BRL150. He will take you to the apartment and hand you the keys. We will send you all the details and information you may need for your stay. For stays longer than 21 nights, ENERGY AND GAS are included in the monthly price, up to R$250, the difference is to be paid at the end of the stay if the bill is higher than this amount.
