We made the apartment thinking about the comfort of our family and prepared everything to receive yours with the same pampering, including Sky TV in the living room and digital TV in all the bedrooms, as well as air-conditioning in all the rooms. The space Spacious apartment, with 103m2 of private area, 400m from the beach, with 3 bedrooms, 1 being an en-suite, 1 bathroom, plus living room and dining room combined, open style, kitchen and laundry room, plus balcony with barbecue. Garage for 2 cars. Guest access The entrance is through the dining room, integrated with the living room. Other things to note You will find a clean, sanitized, very cozy, well-ventilated and airy environment, with air-conditioning in the 3 bedrooms and living room. Living room TV with Sky and Netflix, in addition to the open TV. In the en-suite, there is an open TV and Netflix, and in the other rooms, there are open TVs!
