Very quaint, private, quiet, with large patio (deck). The Carriage Apartment is open to 1-3 people providing a bedroom of a queen drawer bed, queen sleeper sofa, trundle (upon request) with full kitchen & bathroom, and dedicated walk in closet washer/dryer room free for guest use. Guests park in driveway and walk past the fenced in pool. The carriage apartment sits on the back of an acre of land providing ample privacy. Follow the stone pavement towards the right of the Carriage apartment then walk up the one flight of stairs. Enjoy the serene spacious deck to the carriage apartment overlooking trees and what nature has to offer. Guests are welcome to inquire about pool & spa availability. WiFi & Firestick are provided for guest entertainment. A coffee maker, air fryer, toaster and a tea kettle for hot water are provided. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, microwave, and dishes & silverware are all included. Parking in driveway of main house. Guest access Pool can be used with approval of host. Guest has assumed the risk and dangers and released host of any injury's or accidents. Guest fully accepts and assumes all risks and responsibility for losses, cost, and damages the guest incurs as a result of use of pool or surrounding area. Other things to note With self check in, just enter the four digit code we provide and twist the knob(lock) right under keypad to get in. Locking it is the same way, just enter the code and twist.
