The space This studio boasts modern touches like concrete counters, brick wall, rain shower head, Smart TV, energy efficient mini-split heat/cooling system and much more! You will have the unit all to yourself with the owners living next door if anything is needed. There is a queen bed as well as a pull out queen sofa bed that sleeps 2 adults. Eat-in kitchen offers 4 counter stools and everything you need for cooking a full meal. The bathroom is fully stocked with everything you should possibly need for a week away. We provide a washer/dryer for your laundry needs and closet space to unpack and make yourself at at home. Relax on the patio overlooking the local park with your morning coffee or a glass of wine. Guest access The unit is yours while you stay here. Separate covered and lighted entrance and patio from the main house. Make yourself at home; there is a closet where you can unpack and a cozy living area to watch Netflix or your favorite app on the Smart TV. Seating for 4 at the kitchen island is the perfect place to have a family dinner. There is ample street parking all throughout the neighborhood and directly in front of the unit. Other things to note *For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located above garage doors. *Please note, we typically cannot accommodate early check in due to tight cleaning schedules. Please respect our 4pm check in time when booking. *We require the person booking and staying on property to be 21+ years old. We do require ID. *We strictly enforce no parties/gatherings and any additional guests must be disclosed and approved. *Please read through all House Rules prior to booking. *Our City of Portland Permit # is available upon request.
