Our Cozy Garden 2 bedroom suite is perfectly located less than 5 minutes away from the City of Corner Brook. We want to show you a true Newfoundland experience featuring our unique hospitality! We offer a leisure & tranquil getaway overseeing a beautiful garden. It’s tastefully decorated embracing local photography, books and decor. Loaded with extra amenities! The space Our Cozy Garden 2 bedroom suite offers a modern, quiet and relaxing space with your own private ground level entrance. It includes self check in with a key pad and free parking. We offer high speed internet with a smart TV where you can log into your favourite streaming devices. We offer air conditioning during the summer. The exclusive suite offers an open concept, fully equipped kitchen with an eat in island, living & dining area. Stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, keurig, kettle, microwave, ninja air fryer, BBQ grill, coffee, tea, specialty tea, sugar, splenda , filtered water and many more amenities. Our 2 large bedrooms offer queen size beds with hotel style linen, luggage racks, full length mirrors, ceiling fans, room darkening blinds and lots of extra space to relax. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower with extra toiletries to enjoy. The suite offers a Newfoundland touch with local photography displayed on the walls, local decor items and a touch of a “ home away from home” type feeling. Our outside space offers a seating area and a BBQ. Our exclusive suite is located in a prime location that’s just minutes from our huge vast network of mountain biking, hiking and snowshoeing trails as well as our groomed snowmobile trails. We are located just 4- 5 minutes from Corner Brook, 12 minutes to Marble Mountain Ski Resort, 40 minutes to Deer Lake Airport and 1 hour to Gros Morne National Park. Guest access Parking for our guest is right in front of the house in the driveway. ( which is next to the lawn) We use the other parking spot furthest away from the house which is in front of our detached garage. If you require to drive directly to the entrance of the suite (due to a disability or medical issue) please let us know so we can adjust the parking to accommodate this need. Other things to note We offer a guest guidebook on our link as well as a paperback copy to view in the suite. It offers some of our favourite restaurants, a list of sightseeing recommendations, things to do while visiting the area and information on the best hiking & walking trails.
