Charming and cozy, the tree house was built in the middle of the garden of a 5,000-meter farm with lots of greenery, flowers and trees. 4 km from downtown Serra Negra. Ideal for those who want rest, tranquility and fresh air close to nature. From the balcony, you can enjoy a spectacular sunset. Holidays: min. 3 or 4 nights. Christmas, New Year's and Carnival: 5 nights. We do not accept check-in after 6 p.m. Important: Please read our entire listing before booking. The space The house sleeps 4 people maximum. The farm is located in a residential neighborhood on a quiet, dead-end street, with space to park the car inside the farm (uncovered). The property is all fenced in and the gate has remote control. Guests receive a remote control and the house key. The house was built on wooden stilts, using the typical American construction technique. It is 52 square meters and has a cozy living room with a mezzanine, full bathroom and a built-in mini kitchen, equipped with a microwave oven, minibar, toaster, electric coffee maker, thermos, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery. Cooking is not allowed inside the house. You can use our gourmet space that has a full kitchen or order "delivery." 32-inch smart TV with Netflix and free Wi-Fi. It has a ceiling fan, a portable fan and a heater for the winter. The mezzanine is 13 square meters, the bed is queen size with a spring mattress, accommodates 2 people. The double bed in the living room is single size with 90 cm wide spring mattresses, accommodating 2 people. Bed linen and bath towels are provided. For winter, we have super cozy flannel sheets and plush. Guests should bring pool towels. Full bathroom with walk-in shower, electric shower and hairdryer. For safety reasons, the house is not suitable for infants, children under 12 and the elderly, due to the height (5 m) of the mezzanine (3 m), steep stairs, terraces and stairs are "leaked" see photos. Extra guests R$100.00 extra per night. Downstairs there is a cozy 52-square-meter lounge with wooden deck, hammocks, chairs and tables, and it is also exclusively available to guests of the tree house. Ideal for a pleasant rest or for a quiet moment of reading or even a nap after lunch. Prepare your own breakfast: we provide coffee powder, milk, tea bags, sugar, sweetener, sliced bread, and cream cheese at no cost. Nature offers us parrots, toucans, parakeets, guans, hummingbirds, and other birds that visit the property in search of fruits and flowers. Check-in time (entry): from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at the latest. I cannot receive guests after this time. Check-out time: 12 p.m. If available, the check-in and check-out times can be flexible. We can't accept pets. Lighting candles or incense is not allowed. Guest access Gourmet Space: The gourmet space is covered and enclosed, has a barbecue area equipped with a grill and skewers for barbecue and marshmallow, a pizza oven, a stove, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and other utensils. We do not provide charcoal, firewood or a lighter. The gourmet space is shared with other guests (a maximum of 6 more people if the guest house and suites are rented). For use of the barbecue and/or pizza oven, we ask that you book in advance. Priority is given to the guest who books first. Please inform the time (lunch or dinner). Important: The space, all utensils, grills and equipment used must be delivered clean and stored for other guests to use. Hours from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the latest. Swimming pool: The swimming pool has a whirlpool and is heated with a solar heater and thermal blanket. On cloudy days or in winter, the pool water will not get hot or reach a pleasant temperature. Pergola: The pergola has a floor fireplace, for roasting marshmallows or barbecuing, using charcoal only. Orchard: We have an orchard with mangoes of different types, pitanga, acerola, blackberries, passion fruit, guava, avocado, jabuticaba that can be tasted in season. Other things to note Check-in time from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at the latest, I cannot receive guests after this time, we do not make exceptions. Check-out time: 12 noon, may be flexible if we have availability. Out of consideration for other guests and neighbors, and in accordance with municipal and federal law, we kindly ask you not to play loud music and to respect quiet hours after 10 p.m. Smoking cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, pipes, hookahs or any other smoking product is not permitted inside or outside the property. We can't accept pets. Lighting candles or incense is not allowed. Inquiries made after 10 p.m. will be answered the next day.
