The beach is 1.9 km away and the middle lagoon is 1 km from the house. Access to the center of Rosa, markets, restaurants and pharmacies is easy. All are within a 500-meter radius of the house. There are activities such as nightclubs (Mar del Rosa, Pico da Tribo, Quintal Butiá) and bars very close and easy to access. Guest access Access to all rooms in the house and outdoor area that includes swimming pool, decks, barbecue and parking. Other things to note PARKING: Uncovered area with capacity for three small to medium-sized cars. ACCESSIBILITY: The house has many slopes and stairs, making it an unsuitable environment for people with special needs and the elderly.
