My place is a four bedroom, two living rooms, story building in a quiet, and safe neighborhood inhabited by higher middle class. It's the only story building located in a cul-de-sac. There are two living rooms, located downstairs and each room has a 40 inch TV each, and all the TVs have cable and Netflix. In addition, guests have access to free wiFi 24/7. There's free and great parking space for guests 24/7. I work in Greenville and I am almost always around after work daily. But I am always available and can be reached by phone. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is10 minutes away from good restaurants and stores. It's also about 20 minutes drive from Downtown Greenville and 12 minutes from Downtown Greer. It's close to the airport. My place is about 7 minutes drive to Greenville Spartanburg Airport - and literally a stone's throw to I-95. Its proximity to the airport makes it easy to get Uber & Lyft 24/7.
