It’s quiet and convenient, just steps from parks, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and close to the main highways. The building is newly constructed and offers great amenities, including a playground and green area on the second floor, a fully equipped gym on the ground floor, 24/7 doorman service, and covered parking. Inside, the apartment is spacious, bright, and airy, featuring high ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz countertops and a breakfast bar, while the laundry room includes a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, and sink. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, A/C, closet, and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a full-size bunk bed, closet, and private bathroom. Both bathrooms include essential toiletries and rain showers. We do our best to keep them under control, but it’s impossible to guarantee a 100% bug-free environment. Even a small crumb can attract ants. Please know this does not reflect cleanliness, and refunds will not be issued due to insects. ⚡ On rare occasions, there may be temporary power, internet, or cable interruptions due to external factors beyond our control. These are uncommon but can happen, and refunds cannot be provided for these situations. 📍 Addresses in Costa Rica can be tricky! We’ll send the exact name to enter in Waze or Google Maps before arrival. Please read the check-in instructions carefully, as we cannot control if a taxi driver chooses not to follow GPS directions. 💪 Gym access is available by reservation. To use it, please inform the building guard. Opening hours are Monday–Friday from 6 AM – 6 PM (closed on weekends). 🧖‍♀️ The jacuzzi and BBQ also requires you to ask the guard for access, and its availability may vary. 🛝 The playground is always open. 🚗 The parking space is narrow and uses a car lift for two cars. If your vehicle is large, it’s easier to park on the street in front of the building.
