Welcome to our bright and cozy upper-flat apartment located in Detroit's East English Village neighborhood. This apartment is the perfect retreat for single travelers, couples, or friends looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Detroit. We're located roughly 5 minutes from Grosse Pointe, 15-20 minutes from Midtown, Downtown, or Belle Isle, and 30-40 minutes from DTW airport. The space You'll be staying in the upper flat of a tastefully restored, 1920s, all-brick two-flat tudor home. As you walk into the apartment, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere with hardwood floors, natural light from all directions, and fun touches throughout. The living room features a leather sofa and Roku TV, in addition to a work-from-home space with large desk and comfy chair. A full kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, coffee grinder/pot, microwave, griddle, and toaster are available for use. Both bedrooms feature a queen bed with 400 thread count linens and duvet comforter. Guest access Guests will enter through a private entrance off of the driveway. Guests have access to the entire second floor and are welcomed to use the laundry machines located in the basement. Laundry machines are shared with lower level tenants.
